WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Topline Benches provides the following warranty for the fabrication of benchtops:

1. Warranty Period: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.

2. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the fabrication of stone benchtops, including but not limited to:

   • Incorrect measurements or cuts

   • Inadequate polishing or finishing

   • Visible seams that do not meet industry standards

   • Structural defects due to improper installation

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

   • Natural variations in stone color, texture, or pattern

   • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or cleaning

   • Damage caused by property settlement or moevment

   • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect

   • Any and/or all subcontractors 

   • Changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear

   • Alterations or repairs made by parties other than Topline Benches

   • Any product costs - See product manufacturers warranty

4. Claim Process: If you believe your stone benchtop has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if it falls within the warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the affected area at no additional cost.

5. Limitations: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages or costs.

6. Proper Care and Maintenance: To maintain the warranty coverage, it is essential to follow our recommended care and maintenance guidelines for your stone benchtop. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the stone benchtop.

8. Modification of Terms: Topline Benches reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers accordingly.
