By checking the below box, I am aware that only 2 site visits (1 Template and 1 Install) have been allowed for in the QUOTATION. I accept that any extra site visits will be charged at $150 + gst without notice per visit. I am aware of the fact that sheets/slabs may show off colour particulate (Black specs of stone in a white stone) and irregular aggregate distribution. I am also aware that the backing aggregate will show on an undermount sink when using thin stone products. I am aware of the characteristics of a Stone join. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to inform my client of these and that if I choose, view with my client the full sheet/slab before works proceed. I have allowed for easy access for installation & I understand that crane hire is additional. I understand that this represents an official order and job confirmation.
